Environmental Policy
Parasrampuria Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (PEPL) commits to meet all environmental rules and regulations in the hygiene film industry and to strive to protect our environment through sound management practices and decisions. PEPL will prevent pollution by striving to minimize waste generation and resource consumption.
PEPL will establish and evaluate achievable environmental performance goals to ensure continual improvement of its EMS.
PEPL conveys to our customers, industry associates, vendors and the general public our strong environmental, safety and health commitment.
Work Health And Safety Policy
Obligations
Management is firmly committed to a policy enabling all work activities to be carried out safely, and with all possible measures taken to remove (or at least reduce) risks to the health, safety and welfare of workers, contractors, authorised visitors, and anyone else who may be affected by our operations.
Responsibilities
Management (The supervisor and/or manager): Will provide and maintain as far as possible:
• a safe working environment
• safe systems of work
• plant and equipments in safe condition
• facilities for the welfare of workers
• information, instruction, training and supervision that is reasonably necessary to ensure that each worker is safe from injury and risks to health
• a commitment to consult and co-operate with workers in all matters relating to health and safety in the workplace
• a commitment to continually improve our performance through effective safety management.
Workers:
Each worker has an obligation to:
• Comply with safe work practices, with the intent of avoiding injury to themselves
and others and damage to plant and equipment
• Take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others
• Wear personal protective equipment and clothing where necessary
• Comply with any direction given by management for health and safety
• Not misuse or interfere with anything provided for health and safety
• Report all accidents and incidents on the job immediately, no matter how trivial
• Report all known or observed hazards to their supervisor or manager.
Application of this policy:
We seek the co-operation of all workers, customers and other persons. We encourage suggestions for realising our health and safety objectives to create a
safe working environment with a zero accident rate.
This policy applies to all business operations and functions, including those situations where workers are required to work off-site.
Privacy Policy under IT Act, 2000 and SPDI Rules

1. Introduction
PEPL is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPDI Rules”).
2. Scope
This policy applies to all personal information collected, received, stored, processed, or handled by PEPL through its business operations, websites, applications, contracts, and interactions with employees, customers, vendors, and business partners.
3. Definitions
Personal Information: Any information that relates to a natural person, which directly or indirectly identifies such person.
Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI): Includes passwords, financial information, health data, biometric data, and other information as defined under the SPDI Rules.
4. Collection of Information
PEPL collects personal information only for lawful business purposes, including employment, vendor management, customer relations, and statutory compliance.
Information is collected directly from individuals or through authorized sources with consent where required.
5. Use of Information
Personal information is used solely for business operations, contractual obligations, regulatory compliance, and internal management.
PEPL does not use personal data for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
6. Disclosure of Information

PEPL reserves the right to update this policy as required by changes in law or business operations. Updated versions will be made available as appropriate.
